Es necesario hervir la saponaria con las tazas de agua por cinco minutos y dejar macerar toda la noche. Al día siguiente derretir el aceite de coco en baño maría y agregar la saponaria, el huevo y el cognac. Aplicar al cabello friccionando dejando actuar por 5 minutos y luego enjuagar.
Además de la acción del shampoo es necesario complementar esporádicamente con un reacondicionamiento casero. Para ello existen numerosas mascarillas de fácil preparación. Aqui te damos un par de ejemplos:
* Mezcla un huevo, una cucharadita de aceite de oliva y dos cucharadas de mayonesa. Esparcir sobre el cabello y dejar actuar por 15-30 minutos.
* Batir media palta con una cucharada de aceite y una yema de huevo, aplicar sobre el cabello dejando actuar por media hora y lavar con shampoo normal.
Pero si lo que quieres es un solucion inmediata puedes acudir al salón y realizarte un lindo corte, o probar algún tratamiento intensivo que te puedan aplicar, son buenísimos! y siempre es bueno pedir la ayuda de un experto!
Todo cambio requiere una solución desde adentro y solucionar el cabello seco no es la excepción. Por ello debemos seguir una dieta saludable en la cual debemos incluir diariamente dos cucharadas de levadura de cerveza, cereales integrales, frutas y verduras frescas, huevos y también hígado.
